Alhamdulillah...1 year already. i reported my duty on 1st July last year.....lots of things i have learned, but they are not enough.....still need to learn more,day by day....

After 4 days on leave (Friday - Monday), i came back to work. I felt very enthusiastic, hoping that i could give more from what i have given to my work, Insyaallah.
One of my staff (my favorite staff)came to me when i was enjoying my morning & reciting my prayer for today...actually i don't like to use the words staff, coz i am NOT ready to be a boss.
she was complaining about her colleague, the most senior one. She was not satisfied with her and our HOD...i was unhappy too dear...but what else could i do. the power is not in my hand. If HOD say so...just follow & please think positive dear.
I took it calmly, listen to her, just tell me what u want to....may your burden flew away. If i could say....i would like to say that i love u as my sister....hope u knew it without i mentioning it.
